The shortfall in the collection of tax and levy revenues for 2020 is less than expected, thanks to a more stable labour market and domestic consumption, according to the latest tax prognosis published by the Finance Ministry's Financial Policy Institute (IFP) on Monday. Tax and levy revenues will decrease by €715 million in 2020, which is a drop of 2.5 percent as compared to the figure stated in the prognosis released in February 2020.
