The number of Slovaks who want to be vaccinated has grown, a poll conducted by Focus agency on behalf of TV Markíza. A total of 39.6% of people certainly want to be vaccinated against COVID-19, while 38.5% of respondents are not against the vaccination but they are currently hesitating. A total of 18.9% of respondents certainly do not want to be inoculated against the disease. Three percent of people were not able to express their opinion on this issue.
A poll by the same agency carried out between August and September indicated that 55% of Slovaks did not want to be vaccinated, against 32% with the opposite opinion and 13% unsure of their opinion.
The survey was conducted between January 12-19 on a sample of 1,005 respondents.
