We expect Serbia, as the largest country in the Western Balkans region, to be an important and reliable factor in terms of stability, said Slovak Foreign Affairs Minister Ivan Korčok (a SaS nominee) during his meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in Belgrade on Monday. Korčok voiced continued support for Serbia's EU integration efforts and called for the reforms connected with the accession process to be continued.
The Slovak minister handed over humanitarian aid material for the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic to Serbian Minister for European Integration Jadranka Joksimovic. The aid contains PCR tests produced by Slovak company MultiplexDX, protective clothing, hygiene packages and portable power generators worth €93,000, and was provided in cooperation with the Slovak Interior and Defence Ministries under SlovakAid.
