Slovakia's industrial output grew by 2.2% year-on-year (y-o-y) in November, according to the Slovak Statistics Office. Of the 15 monitored industrial branches, nine reported y-o-y growth in output, while six were below the level reported in November 2019. A high rate of growth was also seen in some components that are less important in terms of their share of overall production, in particular in the production of chemicals, which went up by 44.4%, and in the production of electric appliances, which rose by 3.9%. After seasonal adjustments, industrial output in November grew by 3.1% from October.
