Prime Minister Igor Matovič tested positive for the new coronavirus, the Cabinet Office confirmed at noon on Friday after the news site Aktuality.sk broke the story earlier in the day. Some ministers as well as the Speaker of Parliament Boris Kollár have decided to self-quarantine. The Government is expected to work remotely for the time being.
