A Danish owned company called STOKO Plast s.r.o. plans to invest €3 million into the production of automobile accessories at existing manufacturing sites in Trnava, according to the material submitted for environmental assessment.
The project will create 40 new jobs. The operation is scheduled to be launched in June. The company intends to produce automobile accessories via the thermal-based processing of plastic, with most products being acrylic glass or Plexiglas components produced for freight car and bus manufacturers such as MAN, DAF, Mercedes-Benz and others.
