The volume of housing loans provided in Slovakia continued to grow during the period up to the end of September, according to the latest figures published by the Slovak central bank (NBS) on Monday.
Banks in Slovakia provided housing loans amounting to €32.3 billion up to the end of September, with the total volume of loans rising by 9 percent year-on-year. Slovenska sporitelna enjoyed the highest share of the housing loan volume, namely 26.1 percent. This was followed by VUB with a 22.3 percent share and Tatra banka at 13.9 percent.
