Former Supreme Court Vice-Chair Jarmila Urbancová former Bratislava III District Court Judge David Lindtner and wealthy businessman and bankruptcy lawyer Zoroslav Kollár will be remanded in custody. The Specialised Criminal Court made this decision in order to prevent them from attempting to influence witnesses. All three were arrested last week on suspicion of judicial corruption. They immediately appealed against the decision to the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, a prosecutor of the Special Prosecutor's Office has appealed against a court decision not to remand in custody other two figures from the judiciary, detained as part of the same police operation codenamed 'Gale'.
