Former Deputy Justice Minister Monika Jankovská, charged with accepting bribes in order to influence court decisions, will be remanded in custody until March 11, the Specialised Criminal Court in Banska Bystrica decided on Monday. Judge Richard Molnár, charged under the same investigation, has also been remanded in custody. Meanwhile, the court has decided that judge Denisa Cviková will be released from custody in October. The prosecutor in the case as well as all those charged have filed appeals against them. The appeals will be dealt with by the Supreme Court.
