One in twelve university students studying in Slovakia comes from a foreign country, said Eva Sadovská, analyst of WOOD & Company. As she added, out of all foreign students in Slovakia, 90% come from Europe, 9% from Asia. According to Eurostat's data, 30% of foreign students in the country are from Czechia, 18% from Ukraine. These are followed by Germans (6%), Serbs (6%), Poles (5%), Norwegians (5%), Hungarians (4%) and Greeks (4%).
