"I will summon the Belgian ambassador to the ministry," Slovak Foreign and European Affairs Minister Ivan Korčok posted on a social network on Wednesday in connection with the parliament's resolution concerning the tragic case of Jozef Chovanec. This week, Slovak Parliament adopted a resolution regarding the case death of Slovak national Jozef Chovanec in Belgium at Brussels South Charleroi Airport in February 2018. It condemned the inappropriate action taken by the Belgian authorities and obliged the Slovak government to require a proper investigation of the incident and assignation of responsibility.
Moreover, Korčok welcomed the pressure exerted by Belgian society and politicians in connection with the case.
