The ministers of Igor Matovic's (OLaNO) coalition have marked General Milan Rastislav Stefanik on a social network on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of his birth. Justice Minister Maria Kolikova (For the People) thinks that we should remember his wisdom, courage and national pride, while Interior Minister Roman Mikulec (OLaNO) praised his hard work and perseverance.
Moreover, former premier and MP Peter Pellegrini declared that Milan Rastislav Stefanik and his brilliant political talent, effective diplomacy and service to the nation are the source of inspiration for contemporary politicians, and Smer-SD vice-chair Juraj Blanar thinks Stefanik was one of the most exalted historical figures of the Slovak nation, one who can serve as a role model also for contemporary young people.
