Even though, the state of emergency ended as of Sunday, June 14, the 'State of Alert' remains in place. The expiration of the state of emergency means that the obligation for medical personnel to work in order to ensure health care has expired, as well as a ban on strikes. Nevertheless, the Government decided that the 'state of alert', announced on March 11 for the country as a whole, remains in place. The 'state of alert' is a period of danger or a period of impact of an extraordinary situation on life, health or property of an emergency. During it, measures are taken to prevent the spread and effects of an emergency, to save lives, health or property and to reduce the risks of danger.
