Former General Prosecutor Dobroslav Trnka remains charged with misusing the powers of a public official in the Gorilla political corruption case as his extraordinary appeal against the charges has not been accepted by the Prosecutor-General's Office, PG's Office spokeswoman Andrea Predajnova said on Friday.
