"We want all land in national parks to belong to the state," Environment Minister Jan Budaj (OLaNO) has told TASR in an interview, adding that Slovak national parks are still in a hiatus, with no legal status. In the first step, Budaj will focus on the purchase and exchange of land, which should come within the non-intervention zone with the fifth degree of protection. He also wants to buy up areas with the third and fourth degrees of protection gradually.
