More than 40 percent of parents willing to send their child to school

More than 40 percent of parents would certainly like to send their child to nursery school or elementary school as of June 1, according to the latest survey conducted by the AKO agency.

According to AKO research director Kamila Hrichova, 45.8 percent of respondents would "certainly" send their child to nursery school, whereas 12.7 respondents would "likely" do so. On the contrary, 27.8 percent chose the "certainly not" answer, with 9.9 percent opting for "likely not" and 3.8 percent of people remaining undecided.

Similarly, 43.4 percent of respondents would "certainly" send their child to elementary school, while 19.4 feel "likely" to do so. On the other hand, 22.2 percent responded with the "certainly not" answer, 8.2 percent with "likely not" and 6.8 remaining undecided.

The survey was conducted on a sample of 1,098 respondents during May 18-21.
