Dominika Cibulková is the third Slovak female tennis player in history to make it to the Top 10 WTA world rankings in singles. She achieved this with a quarter finals win over the Polish player Agnieszka Radwanska.
Before the match in Miami, Florida, the 24 year old Cibulkova was in 11th place and now can proudly take place among Top 10 female players of the world. The Slovak female tennis players Daniela Hantuchová and Karin Habšudová were once also listed among the Top 10.
