The Foreigners' Police department on Regrútska Street in Bratislava has resumed its activities and extended office hours for the public. The appointment system on the website of the Interior Ministry will be relaunched on Sunday (May 10th) at 8 pm. The police informed about the changes taken for the further mitigation of measures related to the new coronavirus on a social network. The police will only deal with applications asking for the renewal of temporary residence, granting of permanent residence for an indefinite period and granting of long-term residence. Police will also deal with registrations of residence of EEA citizens and their family members; the issue and activation of an authenticator, acts associated with the issuance of a residence permit and a change of employer during the valid stay of foreigners in Slovakia.
