Easter to be celebrated in empty churches

The Episcopal Conference of Slovakia (KBS) has decided that Easter will be celebrated this year without people attending masses. Public religious services have been cancelled until further notice in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus. As .týždeň magazine has written, Bishops wish to remind the public of the need to respect the instructions and follow the directives of the Episcopal offices, which will be providing people with further information regarding the Easter holiday.
