Slovakia received 100,000 FFP3 respirators on Wednesday, Prime Minister Igor Matovič (OLaNO) told at a news conference on the same day, adding that a government plane transported them from Turkey. The masks are designed for nurses and doctors who are fighting the new coronavirus on the frontlines. According to Matovič, the respirators will be distributed immediately from a central warehouse in Slovenska Ľupča (Banska Bystrica region). "They'll get to medical staff all over Slovakia in the next few hours," he added.
