Due to the current situation around the new coronavirus and expected economic impacts, the City of Bratislava decided to divide this year's real estate tax for all individuals and sole traders into three instalments. At the same time, the municipality is also postponing the delivery date of the assessment. If it is possible to start delivering decisions in May, the expected maturity of the first instalment of the real estate tax could be approximately at the end of July, stated Bratislava spokesman Peter Bubla.
