On Tuesday the Public Health Office called on pensioners to stay at home and to go out only if it's absolutely necessary in a step to slowdown the spread of the coronavirus. Authorities want the elderly to ask others for help if possible, and to cut out social contacts with other people, including family. The Government is ready, if need be, to impose a total curfew for certain age groups. At the same time, it's called on towns and cities to set up their own telephone lines that will make it possible to have food delivered at home for the elderly.
