Two former judges confessed to cooperation with Kočner

Former judges Vladimír Sklenka and Miriam Repáková have already confessed to cooperating with Marián Kočner. This controversial businessman is charged of ordering the murder of investigative journalist Ján Kuciak and has been sentenced for counterfeiting promissory notes. Moreover, the Specialised Criminal Court decided that five of the eight people accused of corruption, interfering in court independence and obstructing justice should be remanded in custody. The list of names includes former Deputy Justice Minister Monika Jankovská, judges Denisa Cviková, Richard Molnár and Eugen Palášthy as well as lawyer Miroslav Mojto. All of them allegedly cooperated with Kočner.
