The Constitutional Court has approved the proposed prosecution in custody for 5 out of 13 detained judges. Among the detainees is also former deputy Justice Minister Monika Jankovska. She was charged with corruption and bribery and could face up to 5-10 years in jail if found guilty. The motion has to be approved by the Specialised Criminal Court.
