Slovak President Zuzana Čaputová invited Igor Matovič, leader of the winning Ordinary People Party to the Presidential Palace for Monday 2pm to discuss the formation of the new government. Čaputová said that she wants to waste no time with forming the government, because the country needs "energetic and motivated executive power, in order to handle the challenges, which it faces". According to the Slovak Constitution, the President can ask the leader of the winning party to form a new government.
