The 11th Winter Paralympic Games in Sochi ended on Sunday, 16th March. Slovak delegation had a very successful time in Sochi, when the paralympians are bringing home 7 medals: 3 golds, 2 silvers and 2 bronzes.
Henrieta Farkašová became the most successful Slovak athlete in Sochi, where she won two gold medals, and one bronze, in the alpine skiing disciplines for visually impaired athletes. Overall, Slovakia ranks on the 6th place of the medal table, which is led by Russia with 80 medals achieved.
