Bust of Nikola Tesla unveiled in the Slovak radio

Since Wednesday, January 22, a memorial bust of the Serbian inventor Nikola Tesla can be found in the building of the Slovak radio. Similar busts of the Serbian scientist credited, besides other inventions, with the development of the radio, are located in radio buildings in Prague, Budapest, Novi Sad and Belgrade. Even though Guglielmo Marconi received the Nobel Prize for the invention of the radio, in 1943, shortly after Tesla's death, the US Supreme Court ruled that Tesla had invented the radio and Marconi merely used Tesla's patents and technology.
