Inefficient drawing of EU funds criticised

Analysts from the Learning makes sense initiative, along with the Trade Union of Workers in Education and Science of Slovakia, consider the inefficient allocation of EU funds to be a major 2019 downside in the educational sector. This has resulted in taking a portion of the resources from the Ministry of education Research and Innovation operational programme, and allocating it to the Ministry of Transport operational programme. According to Learning makes sense analyst Renáta Hall, this could slow down the allocation of funds, since the administration of funds from two ministries now needs to be coordinated.
