94% of Slovaks believe that companies, as well as creating profit, should also aim for corporate social responsibility (CSR), indicate the results of a survey conducted by the Focus agency. 59% of the respondents believe that companies should certainly protect the environment, care for employees, support the surrounding community and communicate their activities transparently and openly. 35% answered "rather yes".

Moreover, 53% of respondents find it important that companies should also address support for tackling problems in society such as climate change or corruption. More than 40% of respondents also identified topics such as support for socially disadvantaged population groups and those with health problems, as well as efforts to integrate them or support education for the younger generation. Almost 40% of people also consider the fight against corruption important.
