Foreign Affairs Ministry State Secretary Lukas Parizek met Indian Minister of State for External Affairs Vallamvelly Muraleedharan on Friday during his visit to India. Parizek and Muraleedharan concurred that bilateral ties are excellent and voiced their willingness to engage in closer cooperation, particularly in trade and investments. "India is an important global partner and the fastest growing economy in the world. The Slovak Republic and India are building on longstanding excellent relations. It's in our interests to develop and reinforce these relations further, particularly in the sphere of economic cooperation," said Parizek.
