Representatives of countries of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) meet in Bratislava on Tuesday to discuss the agenda for the Ministerial Council that is to take place at the beginning of December in Slovakia. It should focus on strengthening the dialogue on security issues. Slovakia is the OSCE's acting chair at the moment.
