The 27th international Bibliotéka book fair, the biggest of its kind in Slovakia, opened its doors at Bratislava's Incheba expo centre on Thursday. Over 200 exhibitors from across Europe are presenting new book releases, as well as popular classics in the exhibition area of over 10,000 square metres. Hungary and Hungarian literature are the guest of honour at this year's edition of the book fair. In addition, one of the biggest stars of this year's fair was the famous Swedish crime novelist Stefan Ahnhem, who on Friday introduced his new novel called "Motive X". The book fair is accompanied by various literary activities, such as discussions with popular authors, book signings, book launches, dramatized readings and children's workshops.
