Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico is attending a special summit of EU Presidents and Prime Ministers in Brussels where they will discuss the crisis between Ukraine and Russia.
The discussion is supposed to concentrate on the coordination of reactions of EU members and the EU itself to the situation in Ukraine with the aim of preventing a military clash and staring immediately political negotiations with the Russian Federation.
