The Office of Vice-premier for Investment and Information Technology is making progress in the fight against EU funds-related corruption, as indicated by a project entitled "Slovakia's strategy for risk management linked to EU fund fraud and corruption". OECD deputy secretary general Jeffrey Schlagenhauf praised Slovakia's approach to fighting corruption at his Tuesday meeting with Vice-premier Richard Raši (Smer-SD), according to the Vice-premier's office press department. Vice-premier Raši stated that the results of the project indicated that Slovakia is on the right path in its efforts to combat corruption connected with drawing on EU funds, and that the office is making a systematic effort to streamline national anti-corruption procedures.
