The Slovak National Party (SNS), a coalition party, is drawing up a bill on the protection of life in cooperation with the extra-parliamentary Christian Democracy-Life and Prosperity-Alliance for Slovakia (KDZP) party, but it remains unclear whether the bill will be presented to Parliament in this electoral term, it was reported on Thursday. According to SNS caucus chair Tibor Bernaťák, it's important that there be agreement between all relevant political parties as to what form the law would take, before it is presented as a draft bill. He added that talks with other parties on the bill are to take place before the 2020 general election.
