Slovak President Zuzana Čaputová praised her Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky for his reform drive and efforts to engage in a constructive dialogue to deal with the conflict in eastern Ukraine. The two met in Kiev on Monday. As Slovakia is the presiding country of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Bratislava has an interest in restoring dialogue in the conflict areas of Eastern Ukraine. The two also talked about the trafficking of goods and persons across the Slovak-Ukrainian border.
