This year's voluntary military training had 40 graduates, from among whom 26 have expressed their interest in joining the Slovak Armed Forces, according to Defence Ministry spokesperson Danka Capaková. The year's 11-week-long training began on July 1. The Defence Ministry provided free-of-charge accommodation, food, hire of gear and armaments, and covered applicants' travel costs.
