Again Bratislava region has been listed in the top 5 richest regions of the EU according to GDP. According to date released by the European statistic agency Eurostat, Bratislava’s GDP was 186% above the EU average in relation to population.
The United Kingdom’s London came out on top with a massive 321%, followed by, Luxemburg, the Belgian capital Brussels and Germany’s Hamburg. After Bratislava came Dutch Groningen, Swedish Stockholm and the Czech Republic’s Prague.
