Slovak tennis player Viktória Kužmová with her Belarusian colleague Alexandra Sasnovič reached the quarter-finals in the doubles competition at the US Open Grand Slam. On Sunday, in the eighth-final they defeated American-Australian pair Danielle Collins, Ellen Perez in three sets 7:6 (4), 5:7, 7:5. For Kužmová this is her best result at a Grand Slam tournament so far.
