The Government allocated €1.1 million to municipalities and villages in the Poltar district (Banska Bystrica region), which is one of the least developed districts in Slovakia. The largest proportion of the money, namely €105,000, will go to Malinec municipality for the renovation of the local cultural centre. Another €1.3 million will go to localities in Lučenec district.
