Opposition want groceries to sell past their expiry dates

The opposition neo-liberal Freedom and Solidarity party (SaS) proposes to sell groceries past their shelf-life. Freedom and Solidarity party Deputy Chairman Ľubomír Galko and MP Lucia Nicholsonová released details of their proposal at a news conference on Tuesday.

The party wants to submit a draft bill on food to the next parliamentary session. "If the proposal is adopted by us in its present form, it would not affect any other legislative standards”, added Galko.
