Precious Roman – Celtic finds made public

Unique Roman-Celtic excavations will be made public at Bratislava castle. The latest research has uncovered new findings concerning close contacts between Romans and Celts. The discovered ancient buildings dated back to the 1st century AD are unique as they are very rarely found in the territory north of the Alps. They were revealed in Bratislava thanks to the reconstruction of the castle. For the first time, the visitors will be able to see the restored discovery site on August 17 and 18 as part of the Celtic road project. One more opportunity to see the precious excavations will be on the Parliamentary Open Day event on September 1.
