Kočner communications submitted as evidence in trial

Prosecutor Ján Šanta submitted at the Specialized Criminal Court in Pezinok on Monday the communication of the charged businessman Marián Kočner with Nitra tycoon Norbert Bödör in the case of forging multi-million euro promissory notes. However, as in the case of communication between Kočner and the accused Štefan Ágh, the court has not yet decided whether to admit the evidence in the proceedings. In his testimony before the panel of the Specialized Criminal Court in Pezinok on Monday, ex-anchor and later CEO of TV Markíza, Vladimír Repčík, said he had never seen the multi-million-euro promissory notes and knew nothing about them.
