Slovak quaestor of EP and EP Social Affairs Committee chair

Lucia Duris Nicholsonova (ECR, SaS) was elected on Thursday chair of the European Parliament's Employment and Social Affairs Committee. The vote of the European Conservatives and Reformists MEP was confirmed by the European Parliament's Press Officer in Slovakia, Sona Mellak. Also on Thursday, MEP Monika Benova confirmed that as a quaestor of the European Parliament, she will also be responsible for relations with the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU) and the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO). Benova explained that the distribution of portfolios took place during this week's plenary session in Strasbourg.
