The Danish provider of rescue services Falck will not continue running its rescue stations in Slovakia. The company has decided not to enter the next tender. Up until now it has provided services at 107 rescue stations covering 39% of Slovak regions, mainly in the east, north and south. As Falck executive Vice President Jakob Just-Bomholt explained, the company decided to leave Slovakia and thus lower its potential risks stemming from providing rescue services in this country, after 6 months analyses of the Slovak market and its risk profile.
