The Bratislava Zoo was evacuated on Monday, the head of the zoo's marketing department Alexandra Podgorská confirmed to TASR on the same day. The reason behind the evacuation was a leopard cub that had become stuck between a tree and enclosure netting. Consequently zoo visitors had to be evacuated due to security regulations. According to Podgorská, the 1-year-old cub is already back with its mother.
