The future of the European Union after the latest elections to its Parliament was the main topic of the meeting of the Parliamentary Chairmen of the V4 group including the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. The summit was held in Poprad. As Slovak Parliamentary Chairman Andrej Danko stated, they expressed a common fear of the isolation of the European Parliament from national parliamentary bodies. The parliamentary chairmen meeting was the final during the Slovak V4 presidency.
