Roma Party withdraws its candidate from EP elections

The Roma Coalition Party (SRK) will withdraw its candidate in the European Parliament elections in favor of a candidate from the opposition Ordinary People and Independent Personalities (OLaNO) movement, Peter Pollak. "In the context of growing extremism, the Roma Coalition Party feels responsible for the results of the European Parliament elections. Our foremost goal is to concentrate Roma votes in favor of a candidate who has the best chance of succeeding in these elections," said party leader Adam Gejza. His party has registered only one candidate for the European elections, 54-year-old executive director of a company from Vranov nad Toplou, Alfonz Kalias.
