On Tuesday at the Winter Olympics in Sochi all eyes will be on the first Slovak gold medallist biathlon athlete Anastasia Kuzminová who is to compete in the 10km pursuit race. Four years ago Kuzminova came 2nd in this discipline at the Games in Vancouver and thus Slovaks are planting great hope in her in this race.
“I already have a gold medal and so I will not go stressed out into the next race. In biathlon it’s important to be relaxed at the starting line. I believe I will perform well. I would like to aim for a medal” stated Anastasia Kuzminová herself. She is expected to start in the 10km pursuit race at exactly 4 p.m. Central European Time (CET).
