Controversial businessman Marian Kočner remains in custody for the charges in the case of promissory notes linked to the commercial TV Station Markíza, the Specialized Criminal Court decided on Monday. In a separate case Kočner is also charged with illegal arming and is suspected of ordering the murder of investigative journalist Ján Kuciak, who was killed in February 2018 with his fiancée Martina Kušnírová.
